- Manage and maintain complex server infrastructure including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor advanced security measures to ensure compliance with federal and state data privacy regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions for various state agencies.
- Provide expert-level support for network infrastructure and cloud integration initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain strict IT governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
