Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's server infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data and prevent cyber threats.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute large-scale IT projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical government systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Conduct regular audits of system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration within a government or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Valid State of Ohio driver's license (as required for on-site duties).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
