Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network architectures to meet organizational requirements.
- Conduct system performance monitoring, analysis, and tuning to ensure optimal uptime and security.
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal information security standards and regulations.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and architectural diagrams for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, network engineering, or IT project management.
- Valid California Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record (required for occasional site visits).
- Strong proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or PMP are highly desirable.
