Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise software solutions and legacy system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding policy makers and IT staffâto gather requirements and deliver high-quality IT services.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations regarding data privacy, security, and accessibility.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system optimization efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior analysts and developers on best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within scope and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Experience working within a government or public sector environment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
