Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications, user stories, and system architecture diagrams.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure software releases meet business and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers within the team.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize system workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and software development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, C#, or related programming languages.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
