Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructure to support government operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are strictly followed.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues affecting departmental productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance to non-technical departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and IT project management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA Security+ is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated government environment with strict confidentiality requirements.
