Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise systems and design scalable technical solutions
- Lead cross-departmental IT infrastructure modernization projects
- Develop system documentation and implementation plans
- Coordinate with vendors for software/hardware procurement
- Ensure compliance with state security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct technical training
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years systems analysis experience in government/public sector
- Expertise in SQL, Java, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Security clearance eligibility (background check required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
