Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and OMB guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party system integrations.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and conduct code reviews.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to drive project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis within the government or defense sector.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service delivery management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
