Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal data security regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and optimize business processes.
- Conduct system performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to junior IT staff members.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee software licensing agreements.
- Document technical specifications, system architectures, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis or administration.
- Certifications such as CCNA, PMP, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud computing, database management, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain a State Background Check and Security Clearance.
