Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis and support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with government officials and the public.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (if applicable).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes government environment.
