Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics during weekend shifts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational risks.
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce service turnaround times.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to communicate operational status and gather feedback on weekend services.
- Ensure strict adherence to local government regulations and compliance standards during off-hours operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a public sector, state government, or local council environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau.
- Proven ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
