Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based policy solutions for complex urban challenges

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in municipal government or public policy
- Expertise in housing policy, economic development, or social equity initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of New York City government structure and operations
