Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for municipal programs
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Lead cross-departmental task forces on urban development initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive briefings for city council and executive leadership
- Manage $50M+ grant programs with federal/state agencies
- Oversee data collection using SPSS/R for policy evaluation
- Coordinate public engagement sessions with diverse community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years government/public sector policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis tools
- PA state residency required within 6 months of hire
- Valid driver's license (may be required for site visits)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
