Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate municipal policies across economic development, sustainability, and public services
- Analyze complex data to inform evidence-based decision-making for City Council
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives on infrastructure and urban planning projects
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative bodies
- Engage with community stakeholders through public forums and hearings
- Monitor state/federal regulations affecting local government operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of government policy analysis or municipal governance experience
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Colorado Revised Statutes and municipal governance frameworks
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- US citizenship required for government clearance
