Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues affecting District residents and businesses
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for legislative and executive branches
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and testimony for public officials

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
