- Lead public forums to gather community input on policy effectiveness
- Manage $5M+ budget allocations for regional development programs
- Present findings to legislative committees and city council members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit sectors
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Texas State Government security clearance eligibility
- Proven track record of successful legislative advocacy
- Expertise in federal/state compliance frameworks
- Valid Texas driver's license
