Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex urban policy issues related to housing, transportation, and economic development
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations for the Mayor's Office

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of San Francisco's governmental structure and policies
- Valid California driver's license (may be required for field work)
