Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex federal policies using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Collaborate with congressional staff and agency leadership to implement legislative priorities
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for Senate and House oversight committees
- Lead cross-functional task forces on government modernization initiatives
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on federal programs
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in legislative research and regulatory impact analysis
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Stata) and data visualization tools
- Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI access
- Demonstrated success in presenting to congressional leadership
- Professional certification in Government Financial Management (CGFM) or equivalent
