Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in municipal planning or government policy
- Expertise in NYC's zoning resolution and land use review process
- Advanced proficiency in GIS software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated report-writing ability
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Valid New York State driver's license required
