Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex policy recommendations for city council approval

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government/public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS)
- Expertise in Chicago municipal operations and regulations
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
