Responsibilities

- Monitor federal tax law changes and recommend state-level adaptations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or STATA)
- Deep understanding of Pennsylvania tax code and budget processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Active Pennsylvania residency required at time of hire
