Responsibilities
- Research and analyze socioeconomic data to inform policy recommendations
- Develop comprehensive policy proposals addressing housing, education, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Present findings to county commissioners and community stakeholders
- Monitor policy effectiveness and prepare impact assessment reports
- Manage grant-funded projects related to urban development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government or nonprofit policy experience
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Experience with Philadelphia's municipal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
