Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Demonstrated success in drafting policy documents and legislative recommendations
- Deep knowledge of Tennessee's legislative process and state government structure
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
