Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for urban revitalization projects
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-agency task forces on equity-focused initiatives
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced statistical methods
- Present findings to senior leadership and public stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of policy frameworks across 8 wards
- Maintain compliance with DC Municipal Regulations (DCMR)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government policy analysis
- Expertise in quantitative analysis (SPSS/R required)
- Strong knowledge of DC government operations and legislation
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects
- Security clearance eligibility (must pass background check)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
