Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and develop evidence-based recommendations for legislative action
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced data analysis techniques
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement strategic policy initiatives
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and legislative testimony for government stakeholders
- Monitor emerging policy trends and assess impact on DC communities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Expertise in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable policy recommendations
- Deep knowledge of DC government operations and legislative processes
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance
