Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts using quantitative/qualitative methods
- Develop policy briefs and recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives
- Manage multi-year research projects with $500K+ budgets
- Present findings to legislative committees and public forums
- Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years government or public policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Excel)
- Proven track record of policy implementation success
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Indiana state residency required
- Valid U.S. driver's license
