Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive policy research and impact analysis for major urban initiatives
- Develop actionable recommendations for city council members and agency leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software
- Proven track record of developing evidence-based policy recommendations
