Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based policy frameworks addressing urban issues
- Analyze legislative impacts using advanced statistical modeling
- Lead stakeholder engagement with community groups and elected officials
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and executive reports
- Manage interdepartmental projects with $1M+ budgets
- Monitor federal/state compliance requirements
- Mentor junior analysts through knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R/Python for data visualization
- Proven track record of translating complex data to actionable policy
- PA residency required within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver's license
- Clearances: FBI background check, child abuse clearance
