Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze legislative proposals, regulations, and policy frameworks
- Conduct comprehensive economic impact assessments for state initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement with government agencies, private sector, and community organizations
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Monitor federal regulatory changes and assess implications for Oklahoma
- Coordinate interdepartmental task forces on economic development initiatives
- Manage research projects using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Stata, or SPSS)
- Proven track record in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma's economic landscape and regulatory environment
- Experience with budget analysis and fiscal policy development
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
