Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support state policy initiatives and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and legislative bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative changes and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies to foster community trust.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government, public policy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
