Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate state policies using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Collaborate with agency heads to implement legislative priorities
- Present findings to stakeholders via executive reports and briefings
- Monitor federal/state regulatory changes for compliance implications
- Lead cross-functional projects with 5+ agency partners
- Maintain confidential data security protocols
- Advise senior leadership on emerging policy trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years government/public policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and GIS tools
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of Kentucky state legislative processes
- Experience managing $1M+ budget portfolios
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
