Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, Stata) and data visualization
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislative testimony and policy briefs
- Deep understanding of Texas state government operations and budget processes
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Valid Texas driver's license required
