Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based policies for city-wide strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-agency task forces on urgent urban challenges
- Analyze legislative impacts and prepare executive briefings
- Stakeholder engagement with federal agencies and community leaders
- Manage $5M+ project budgets with rigorous compliance oversight
- Present policy recommendations to the Mayor's Office
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in municipal/government policy development
- Expertise in DC's legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced data analysis and policy modeling capabilities
- Proven success in cross-functional project leadership
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (required)
