Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal policies related to border security, counterterrorism, and disaster response
- Analyze complex datasets to inform strategic recommendations for senior leadership

- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on agency operations
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional task force initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and statistical software (R, Python)
- Active Secret security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance
- Demonstrated success in authoring congressional testimony and OMB submissions
