Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years in policy analysis or government affairs
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficient in policy development software (e.g., PolicyMap, SAS)
- Deep understanding of Colorado's legislative process
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
