Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in translating data into actionable policy
- Experience with Texas legislative processes and budget cycles
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
