Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for legislative initiatives
- Analyze complex datasets to assess policy impacts on diverse communities
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with government agencies and community partners

- Monitor federal policy developments and assess implications for local governance

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

- Demonstrated success in developing actionable policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of DC government structure and regulatory frameworks
