Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state policies and legislation to recommend evidence-based solutions for urban challenges
- Collaborate with state agencies and community stakeholders to develop actionable policy frameworks
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and legislative briefings for senior leadership
- Monitor policy implementation outcomes and recommend data-driven adjustments
- Present policy recommendations to legislative committees and executive leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania state government operations and legislative processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in public presentations
