Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health policies and draft strategic recommendations for legislative action
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement evidence-based public health initiatives
- Monitor federal and state regulatory changes affecting public health programs
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced statistical methodologies
- Present findings to executive leadership and stakeholder committees
- Develop policy briefs and impact assessments for executive review

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SAS, or Stata)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Experience with Texas legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for statewide travel)
