Responsibilities
- Research and draft municipal policies aligned with city council directives
- Analyze legislative impacts using quantitative data and qualitative research
- Coordinate cross-departmental policy implementation strategies
- Present findings to elected officials and community stakeholders
- Manage grant compliance and reporting for federal/state programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R) and GIS mapping
- Proven track record in legislative research and writing
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
