Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership review
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on agency operations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of healthcare policy analysis or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Expertise in Medicaid/Medicare programs and healthcare regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
