Responsibilities
- Analyze complex fiscal policies and budgetary impacts on state agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of Illinois state budget processes
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
