Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for state healthcare initiatives
- Analyze legislative impacts and draft comprehensive policy briefs
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement strategic programs
- Present findings to legislative committees and senior leadership
- Manage grant-funded projects with $5M+ budgets
- Maintain compliance with state/federal regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of government or nonprofit policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, R, Tableau)
- Expert knowledge of Massachusetts healthcare regulations
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
