Responsibilities
- Research and develop comprehensive policy recommendations for state government operations

- Monitor emerging trends and best practices in public administration

- Ensure compliance with state laws and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated ability to draft executive-level policy documents
- Knowledge of New York State government operations and regulations
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Valid New York State driver's license (may be required)
