Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare policy trends and draft comprehensive reports for congressional committees
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement federal programsConduct quantitative research using statistical analysis tools
- Present findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor legislation and regulatory developments affecting healthcare policy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare policy landscape
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- U.S. citizenship required
