Responsibilities
- Analyze economic data and policy trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Develop and evaluate grant programs supporting local businesses and workforce initiatives
- Collaborate with municipal partners on community revitalization projects
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for legislative stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with state and federal funding requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis or economic development experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Experience with government grant administration and compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania's economic landscape
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
