Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for state agencies using data-driven analysis
- Conduct stakeholder consultations with government officials, community leaders, and industry partners
- Research and evaluate emerging policy trends across healthcare, education, and economic development
- Prepare legislative briefings and testimony for Ohio General Assembly committees
- Oversee implementation of policy initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Maintain compliance with Ohio Revised Code and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Ohio residency required (ORS 124.41)
- Valid Ohio driver's license
