Responsibilities

- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees
- Manage grant programs and compliance reporting

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Virginia's legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Valid Virginia driver's license
