Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex social service policies to recommend legislative changes
- Develop data-driven reports on program effectiveness and community impact
- Collaborate with legislators, stakeholders, and community partners on policy implementation
- Monitor federal/state legislative developments affecting social services
- Present policy recommendations to executive leadership and legislative committees
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state programs
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee project timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools
- Experience with Oklahoma state legislative processes
- Strong written communication skills (policy briefs, legislative testimony)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- US citizenship required
