Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal health policy proposals with socioeconomic impact analysis
- Conduct legislative research and draft regulatory guidance documents
- Coordinate interagency task forces and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Analyze healthcare data trends and program performance metrics
- Present policy recommendations to senior leadership and congressional committees
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and OMB guidelines
- Mentor junior analysts on policy development best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis or regulatory experience
- Expertise in healthcare policy frameworks and CMS programs
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Superior written/verbal communication and briefing skills
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience with federal budget processes
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred
